FINANCIAL FRAMEWORK

Fee Structure

Fee Structure

General Principle

All fees payable to WEQSC are fixed by the Secretariat and are published in this portal. No accredited school may vary, waive, or supplement any fee except as expressly permitted by the WEQSC framework.

Fees are stated in Euros (EUR). Payment may be made in Euros or in such other currencies as the Secretariat may from time to time accept, converted at the rate prevailing on the date of payment.

Fees are used by WEQSC for the purposes set out in the Financial Transparency page of this portal. They are not profit. WEQSC is a not-for-profit institution, and its annual financial statements are published.

Database Corrections

Corrections to the WISE credential database are processed free of charge.

A correction request must be submitted by the accredited school through the Institution Management Portal, supported by documentation proportionate to the nature of the correction.

Accreditation Fees

Accreditation fees are payable by the accredited school to WEQSC, and are set out in the Accreditation section of this portal.

No Other Mandatory Fees

The fees set out in this page are the only mandatory fees payable in respect of WISE examination and credential issuance. The following are provided free of charge:

  • Registration of any candidate in the WISE programme, at any level;
  • Participation in the WISE Scholarship Examination;
  • Issue of the digital credential (certificate, marksheet, and digital record);
  • Verification of a WISE credential by any third party;
  • Access to the student portal;
  • Application for any scholarship, girl-child support, or elite support;
  • Any form, template, or guidance document published by WEQSC.

An accredited school may charge its own tuition and other fees, which are a matter between the school and its parents. Nothing in the WEQSC framework regulates those fees, except to the extent that they are not permitted to include any amount styled as a WEQSC or WISE fee beyond the fees set out in this page.

Fee Revision

WEQSC may revise the fee rates set out in this page. Any revision is made by amendment to the WEQSC framework, under the amendment procedure set out in the Secretariat's official bylaws.

Notice of any revision is given not less than one hundred and eighty days before the effective date of the revision, so that schools and parents may make the necessary arrangements.

Continued accreditation after the effective date of a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised rate.
