Global Fee Structure
Transparent, predictable, and fair financial commitments designed to sustain the high-quality infrastructural support provided by our Geneva headquarters.
Financial Transparency
A Partnership Built on Mutual Investment
The World Education Quality Services Council operates as a not-for-profit entity. Our fee structure is strictly calculated to cover the logistical costs of global auditing, the continuous development of the WISE curriculum, and the maintenance of our highly secure, cryptographic examination registries. We maintain absolute financial transparency with all our affiliated partners.
Initial Application Fee
A non-refundable diagnostic fee that covers the preliminary review of the institution's submitted dossier and initial compliance check.
Audit & Inspection
Covers the logistical expenses of dispatching the WEQSC auditing tribunal for the physical or virtual site assessment.
Annual Charter Fee
A recurring fee ensuring continuous access to the School Accreditation Portal, curriculum updates, and inclusion in the global registry.
Per-Candidate Examination Fee
A strictly regulated fee applied per registered student covering cryptographic hall tickets, secure grading, and blockchain diploma issuance.
Understanding Regional Adjustments
In accordance with our mandate to democratize high-quality education globally, the WEQSC employs a purchasing power parity (PPP) adjustment model. We recognize that the economic realities of a school operating in sub-Saharan Africa differ vastly from those of an institution in Western Europe.
While our academic standards remain rigidly uniform across the globe, our fee structure is indexed to the economic classification of the host nation, as defined by the World Bank. This ensures that affiliation remains financially accessible to dedicated educators everywhere without compromising the operational sustainability of the Commission.
Payment Protocols
To maintain the integrity of our financial operations and prevent fraud, all payments must be routed directly to the WEQSC central accounts in Geneva, Switzerland, via international wire transfer (SWIFT). We do not accept payments through unauthorized regional intermediaries or personal agents.
Upon submission of the initial application, your institution will receive a formal invoice containing the exact fee schedule tailored to your region, along with secure payment routing instructions.
No Hidden Costs
The WEQSC guarantees that there are no unlisted or hidden fees. Professional development workshops, access to the portal, and standard curriculum updates are fully subsidized by the Annual Charter Fee.
